The Wood Carving Workshop, June 8-10, 2018, has been postponed.
The Wood Carving Museum of the Heartland Board of Directors at its recent meeting made the difficult decision to postpone this year’s Wood Carving Workshop due to scheduling complications beyond the board’s control. The Board will announce the dates of the workshop as soon as they are finalized.
Award winning woodcarving artists, Chris Howard and Leah Goddard from Gatlinburg, Tennessee have confirmed that they will be coming to Spillville to share their woodcarving skills when the workshop is rescheduled.
Spillville art teacher, Shirley Mikota, acrylic painting class, “Fishing at Sunset” is still scheduled for Saturday afternoon, June 9, from 2-5:00 P.M. at the Spillville Library.
